04 / FAQ

Good questions

Do you pull permits?

Yes. We handle permits and inspections for every job that needs them, and the cost is listed in your estimate.

How soon can you start?

Small repairs can often start within a couple of weeks. Larger remodels are usually scheduled a month or two out; we'll give you a firm start date when you sign.

Can we live at home during the remodel?

Usually, yes. We set up dust barriers, protect floors and keep a working path through the house. For kitchens we can help set up a temporary kitchen.

How do payments work?

A deposit to schedule, then progress payments tied to clear milestones in your contract. Never paid in full up front.
